Questions About Our Therapies & Services

Yes. We offer both in-person therapy and virtual for clients who prefer the convenience and privacy of online sessions. This gives you the flexibility to choose the format that feels most comfortable and realistic for your life.

We work with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and related emotional challenges. Our practice is especially focused on helping people who feel stuck in patterns that traditional talk therapy alone has not fully resolved.

We combine traditional therapy with evidence-based somatic (mind-body) approaches that address both the mind and the nervous system. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we help clients understand and heal the deeper patterns contributing to emotional pain. For those who desire it, we also offer Christian-informed counseling that integrates faith with evidence-based care, providing support for the mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects of healing.

We believe effective therapy begins with understanding each person’s unique story. Rather than following a standard treatment model, we thoughtfully tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and experiences. Depending on what’s most appropriate, your care may include evidence-based approaches such as Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, somatic therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. We also offer Christian-informed counseling for clients who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Our Client Care Team is here to help you find the therapist who best fits your needs, goals, personality, and preferences. We offer complimentary consultations to learn more about what you’re looking for and thoughtfully match you with the clinician who is the best fit for your unique situation.

We believe the relationship between you and your therapist is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. That’s why our commitment doesn’t end after your first appointment. If, after a few sessions, it doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll help you explore other options—whether that’s another therapist on our team or someone outside our practice. Our goal isn’t simply to schedule an appointment; it’s to help you find the right therapist for your journey.

Getting started is simple. You can call, text, or reach out through the website, and the client care team will guide you through the next steps. From there, you will be matched with a therapist and we’ll help you schedule your free consultation. You can also request a free consultation online by clicking book a free consultation.

That depends on your goals, history, and what you want to work through. Some clients come in for support around a specific issue, while others are looking for deeper, long-term healing. Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that reflects your goals and evolves as your needs change.

Because we integrate evidence-based somatic therapies alongside traditional talk therapy, many clients find they are able to process difficult experiences more deeply and often more quickly than with talk therapy alone. Our goal isn’t simply to help you manage symptoms—it’s to help you experience meaningful, lasting healing as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible.

Yes. Therapy is confidential, and creating a safe, supportive space is a core part of the process. Your therapist will explain confidentiality in more detail at the beginning of treatment, including any legal or ethical exceptions, so you know exactly what to expect.
