Your Investment in Care

Great therapy isn’t rationed by an insurance company’s approval process. As a private-pay practice, no diagnosis code decides what care you receive, no session cap decides when it ends, and your insurer never sees your treatment history. This is a direct investment in care built around you — not a workaround.

How Payment Works

  • Payment is due at each session — credit/debit card, HSA, or FSA
  • Processed securely through Stripe, integrated into your SimplePractice client portal
  • We don’t bill insurance directly, which means no diagnosis-driven treatment plans and complete privacy

✦ SESSION RATES

$100 – $250

per session

Rates reflect practitioner experience and licensure. Our $100 rate is provided by master’s-level interns, offering accessible, supervised care at a lower investment.

Get Reimbursed Through Your Out-of-Network Benefits

If you have a PPO plan through Aetna, Cigna, UHC/UMR, or Blue Cross Blue Shield, many plans reimburse 30%–100% of session cost. Because our rate is already below the typical NYC out-of-network range, your reimbursement can end up covering most — sometimes all — of your session. Only your insurance company can verify how much they’re willing to reimburse, use these tips to contact them.

01

Book your session and pay at time of service

02

Request your superbill — a receipt with everything your insurer needs to process a claim

03

Submit it through your insurer's app or portal and receive your reimbursement directly

Your Superbill Includes

Everything your insurance needs to process your reimbursement.

CPT code (most commonly 90834)
Therapist’s NPI number
Dates of service & fees
Diagnosis (required for reimbursement)
