Does it feel like you’re running on empty, no matter how much you push yourself? Maybe burnout has crept into every corner of your life, academic pressure has you feeling like you’re never quite doing enough, or a chronic illness has made you feel disconnected from your own body. Perhaps anxiety keeps your mind racing, depression has dimmed things that used to feel meaningful, or your relationship with food and your body feels like a constant, exhausting battle. If any of this sounds familiar, you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.
I help clients move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling grounded, resilient, and more like themselves again. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, building self-awareness and practical tools that create real, lasting change — not just temporary relief.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. Rather than telling you what your healing should look like, I work alongside you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping you build insight while developing coping strategies that actually fit your life. Your needs, values, and goals guide the work we do together.
A little about me: I’m a graduate-level clinical intern currently pursuing my Master’s degree in counseling. My background in healthcare has given me a firsthand understanding of how deeply connected our mental and physical health really are, and I bring that perspective into every session. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected — no judgement, just support.
Fun Fact: I love turning ideas into something tangible and expressive. I’m also a bit of a gamer and anime enthusiast — immersing myself in different worlds and storylines helps keep me creative and connected to what I love
