Do you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to even begin? Maybe anxiety or depression has made it hard to feel like yourself. Maybe old relationship patterns or self-esteem struggles keep showing up no matter how hard you try to break the cycle. Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, or past trauma keeps surfacing in ways you didn’t expect. Reaching out can be one of the hardest — and most courageous — steps you take, and if you’ve found your way here, you don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a safe, trusting space where real, lasting change can take root. Together, we might explore different parts of you, build emotional regulation skills, or make sense of how your past is shaping your present — not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with yourself more fully and compassionately. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and truly at home in your body and mind.
A little about me: In addition to working with adults and teens, I also support children and families through emotional, behavioral, and transitional challenges. I believe therapy should be a space where even the strongest caretakers can finally lay it all down and just be.
Fun Fact: I’m a huge Gordon Ramsay fan and love trying out new recipes in my spare time!
